Financial Operations Specialist

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Financial Operations Specialist to join our Canada-based team full-time. This role will serve as the primary finance resource for our Canadian subsidiary, supporting a wide range of accounting, billing, and operational functions. You’ll work closely with our U.S based Finance and HR teams while taking ownership of key processes locally — from AP and customer billing to office management and tax compliance. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a hands-on, fast-moving environment and enjoys building structure in a growing organization.

This role reports directly to a leader in Accounting. No direct reports. 

Please note: There is a 2 days a week in office requirement for this role and the recruiting team will confirm location and ability to commute before moving past initial stages.
