Revenue Operations Manager

Through our white-label ordering solutions, a growing demand network (including Google, Yelp, Apple, and Snap), and a diner-friendly marketplace, we empower independent restaurants to own their customer relationships and avoid inflated pricing and fees charged by 3rd party delivery apps like Uber and Doordash.

The Revenue Operations Manager is responsible for designing, scaling, and optimizing the end-to-end revenue engine across Sales, Partnerships, Marketing, and Customer Success. This role owns GTM systems, data, process, forecasting, and performance management to drive predictable revenue growth and operational efficiency.

In this role, you will create and implement high quality reporting and insights to advise our internal stakeholders to make data-driven decisions. This role  partners closely with Sales, Enablement, Partnerships, and Finance to ensure alignment across strategy, execution, and measurement while building scalable infrastructure for growth.

This role is for a self-starter and problem solver with incredible ability to influence our organization and work cross-functionally with nearly all teams. We’re looking for a  team player, who can think quickly on their feet, and navigate a rapidly growing organization to get things done at high velocity and with superb quality. 

This role reports directly to the Head of Revenue Operations and will not have any direct reports.

This is a remote role based in the United States. Please note: ChowNow is not eligible to employ in every state and the recruiting team will confirm location and eligibility before moving past initial stages.
