Financial Planning & Analysis Specialist (2-year contract)

We are looking for an individual who is familiar with finance operations and strong in data visualisation! If you are being selected, you will be joining us as a direct contract of 2 years.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and continuously improve end-to-end financial operations for the cloud programme.
- Ensure alignment between operational information from the Cloud Management Portal (CMP) and financial data from Workday.
- Develop and implement processes to identify various cost components and segregate cloud hosting costs.
- Create a comprehensive database for the Cloud programme’s revenue and costs.
- Collaborate closely with project and finance teams to provide detailed revenue and cost breakdowns that reconcile to workday
- Gather and analyze information/data to identify gaps and recommend solutions.
- Perform any other relevant duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in Accounting or Business.
- Experience in Project Management for Monitoring and Tracking, usage of visualisational tools such as PowerBI, Tableau, Qilk
- Able to effectively interact with and manage stakeholders’ expectations; and
- Positive attitude, meticulous nature, and strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work with cross-functional teams at all levels.
- Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
