Key Responsibilities

• Resolve customer complaints effectively and engage positively to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
• Document customer interactions with accuracy in our CRM system to maintain a seamless service experience.
• Collaborate with technical and sales teams to provide customers with the best solutions for their needs.
• Stay updated on products and industry trends to offer knowledgeable advice and recommendations.

Requirements

• Fluency in Finnish (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.
• Previous customer service experience is preferred, particularly in the retail or appliance industry.
