The first 12 months of this role, tasks associated with this role will evolve with gradual integration, as they become relevant within the requirements of the business. Therefore, it will be expected that the successful candidate contributes to other areas of the business whilst capacity allows. You will be expected to collaborate with other team members and assist in their areas of operation.
As the Business Operations Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that Flexis can deliver vehicles and services to customer and then facilitate the in-life services that require input at local market level. You will support and maintain a robust supply chain for vehicles from port to customer that includes all legislative compliance and logistical demands. Where third parties are required in order to provide efficiency and expertise, you will select the right partner (when needed locally) and manage those relationships (if selected centrally).
You will ensure that an effective aftersales network is set up and managed to provide our customers with industry leading service levels that offer value to customers and profitability to Flexis and our aftersales partners. This will also involve the initiation of an authorised repair network.
Input into remarketing strategy will be required as well. The role will continually evolve over time and the successful candidate will need to be agile and have a broad awareness of key topics that may need to be considered as well as having a problem-solving mentality. The Business Operations Manager will work in partnership with many different stakeholders in the UK and other markets as well as out HQ in France.
