About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced Food & Beverage Manager for our Events & Conferencing team at Crown Sydney. This role plays a key part in delivering exceptional guest experiences across our restaurant portfolio, ensuring high standards of service, operational excellence, and strong team leadership.

You’ll oversee day‑to‑day operations, support venue leaders, and drive performance across service delivery, financial results, compliance, and guest satisfaction. Working closely with Culinary, Operations, and broader Hospitality teams, you’ll help shape a culture that delivers memorable dining experiences and supports Crown’s commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and support Restaurant Managers and frontline teams to deliver consistently high‑quality service.
  • Oversee daily operations across multiple restaurant venues, ensuring smooth, efficient, and safe service delivery.
  • Drive performance outcomes across guest satisfaction, revenue, cost control, labour management, and compliance.
  • Partner with Culinary, Finance, WHS, and broader Operations teams to maintain Crown’s service and brand standards.
  • Support recruitment, training, coaching, and development of team members.
  • Monitor compliance with licensing, food safety, responsible service, and Crown operational policies.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance service, streamline processes, and elevate the guest experience.

What You’ll Bring

  • Strong experience in hospitality or restaurant management within a premium or high‑volume environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop large teams.
  • Strong commercial acumen, with experience managing budgets, labour, and operational performance.
  • A passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences and maintaining high service standards.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced, guest‑focused environment with high attention to detail.
