Food & Beverage Manager

for our new property in Limnos.

About the role:

As the Food & Beverage Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing all aspects of food and beverage operations at our stunning hotel in Limnos. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests receive an exceptional dining experience that reflects the quality and ethos of our brand.

We are looking for a forward-thinking leader who can inspire and motivate our F&B team while driving innovation in our culinary offerings. If you have a passion for food, service, and creating lasting memories for guests, we want to hear from you!

Key areas of responsibility:

• Manage and oversee the daily operations of all food and beverage outlets.
• Develop and implement innovative F&B concepts and menu offerings that cater to guest preferences.
• Monitor and control budgets, ensuring profitability through effective cost management.
• Lead and mentor the F&B team, promoting a strong service culture.
• Conduct regular training sessions to uphold service standards and enhance guest experiences.
• Collaborate with other departments to create memorable events and promotions.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an F&B Manager in a hotel or resort, with a minimum of 5 years in the industry.
• A strong understanding of F&B operations and financial management.
• Ability to create innovative concepts and deliver exceptional service.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English is mandatory; knowledge of Greek or other languages is a plus.
