As a Founder in Residence, you’ll have the opportunity to build and lead a company with $1.5M of committed day-one capital, and a tested playbook that has delivered a 6× higher survival rate to Series B compared to the industry average.
What We’re Looking For
Former founders only – we look EXCLUSIVELY for those who have started companies before
Structured training – rigorous environments such as consulting, banking, leading growth stage companies, big tech, investing, product management, or sales at leading firms
Elite education – those with strong analytical and leadership skills
Both commercial CEOs and technical CTOs
Bias toward action – hungry, scrappy, and a track record of getting things done
