Job Description:
As the first engineering hire at this early-stage startup, you will design and industrialize intelligent systems for enterprise clients. You will build core technical foundations, from cloud infrastructure to advanced machine learning workflows. This is a unique opportunity to shape the technology stack and culture of a company solving complex operational challenges.

Location: London, UK / Remote

What you will do:

• Design and industrialize products on major cloud platforms including GCP, Azure, or AWS to support enterprise-grade operations.

• Build and optimize machine learning workflows for predictive modeling, anomaly detection, and reinforcement learning applications.

• Develop multi-modal LLM applications that fuse text, vision, and sensor data to drive intelligent industrial decision-making.

The ideal candidate:

• Minimum BSc in Machine Learning or Computer Science with proven experience in cloud-based product development and MLOps.

• Strong expertise in building machine learning workflows, specifically regarding anomaly detection, predictive modeling, and model deployment.

• Resourceful startup mindset with the ability to balance rapid prototyping with the creation of reliable, production-grade systems.
