Job Description:
You will lead the architectural development of an AI-driven agency model, replacing traditional manual workflows with autonomous agents. As a founding member, you will own everything from feature specification to production-grade deployment, tackling hard problems in LLM integration and operational automation to redefine how the global property market functions from the ground up.

The ideal candidate:

• Proven builder with 2+ years of experience shipping fast, production-grade code in startup environments.

• AI-native engineer proficient in Python/FastAPI and TypeScript/React with experience in LLM workflows.

• High-agency problem solver with a track record of taking full ownership of complex technical products.
