Job Description:
You will architect a revolutionary autonomous platform designed to eliminate enterprise technical waste and replace legacy vertical software. By building intelligent agents that solve complex problems at machine speed, you will transform how global leaders operate. This role combines deep technical execution with high-level systems thinking to build the world's last piece of enterprise software.

Location: London, UK or Remote

What you will do:

• Design and scale autonomous agents that resolve open-ended enterprise problems with the depth of a senior consultant.

• Work onsite with customers as a Forward Deployed Engineer to translate real-world pain points into reusable platform capabilities.

• Master deep context by building systems that automatically discover optimization opportunities within complex enterprise architecture patterns.

The ideal candidate:

• Strong software engineering background with expertise in Python, LLM design patterns, and building scalable production systems.

• Outcome-based mindset with at least 5 years of experience in product-centric roles and a high degree of agency.

• Ability to iterate rapidly in an early-stage environment, balancing technical excellence with a ruthless focus on customer value.
