Job Description:
As the first engineering hire, you will build the AI infrastructure layer for global innovation incentives. You will transform messy, unstructured data from tools like GitHub and Jira into audit-proof technical narratives using LLMs. This role offers the unique opportunity to shape the product roadmap and technical architecture from the ground up.

What you will do:

• Design and build data-intensive agentic systems and workflows using LLMs, RAG, and graph analysis.

• Own the core AI product from cloud infrastructure to backend systems and frontend user interfaces.

• Scale the platform to support enterprise customers and expansion into international tax incentive regimes.

The ideal candidate:

• Strong full-stack software engineering background with experience building production-grade systems from scratch.

• Hands-on experience implementing LLMs at the application layer, including agents, evaluations, and vector search.

• High-agency mindset with a bias toward action and the ability to make confident technical trade-offs.
