Job Description:
Join a high-performance team building agentic AI solutions to modernize the retail industry. As a founding engineer, you will design technical foundations, develop intelligent LLM pipelines, and own product modules end-to-end. You will work directly with business stakeholders to translate customer needs into intuitive, high-impact B2B software experiences.

Location: Zurich, Switzerland

What you will do:

• Define technical foundations across frontend, backend, and data infrastructure to enable rapid iteration.

• Experiment with modern agentic frameworks to build reliable and observable AI agents for enterprise production.

• Own full product modules from initial sketch to production, ensuring high performance, reliability, and quality.

The ideal candidate:

• 2–4 years of experience building high-performance web applications with a strong focus on user experience.

• Proven expertise in building and deploying LLM-powered applications from the ground up.

• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to move fast in an ambiguous environment and own entire features.
