About the role
We're seeking a bold, entrepreneurial Founding GTM to build Cerve's pipeline and revenue engine from the ground up. A blend of AE and growth hacker who's built before, knows what 0-to-1 looks like, and thrives on finding what works fast.
You'll work directly alongside the CEO and founder, sourcing pipeline, running experiments, closing deals, and building the repeatable GTM motions that scale Cerve's growth.
What You’ll Do
As Founding GTM, you'll own pipeline generation and revenue growth from the ground up, building the repeatable motions that scales Cerve's traction repeatedly. You'll work directly with the CEO and founder, figuring out what works, building the playbook, expanding the pipeline and navigating deals.
Build pipeline fast. Source, test, and scale creative outbound and inbound motions. You'll find and build the channels.
Own the full sales cycle with technical stakeholders, from first touch to close.
Create repeatable GTM motions. Document what works, kill what doesn't, and build the engine that scales beyond you.
Lead discovery and navigate deals. positioning Cerve as the platform of choice for food industry automation.
Experiment relentlessly. Test unconventional growth levers most people wouldn't think of.
Explore new verticals and use cases to expand Cerve's addressable market.
You Are
Entrepreneurial to your core. You understand what a founding role means, ambiguity, ownership, speed. You've ideally helped build something from £0–£1M and know what that grind looks like.

Competitive and driven. You want to win. Targets aren't ceilings, they're starting points.
A strong communicator. Confident presenting to senior stakeholders, empathetic in 1-to-1s, and sharp in writing.
Commercially sharp. You can translate complex technical concepts into clear value for any audience.
You have
Experience in an early-stage or founding GTM role. You've built pipeline and revenue from near-zero, not just inherited it.
A track record of proactively self-sourcing pipeline through creative, multi-channel and programmatic approaches.
4+ years of B2B sales experience (SaaS, API, or data products preferred).
Strong analytical instincts. You use data to decide what's working and double down.
The ability to thrive without structure, playbooks, or a manager telling you what to do next.
