Role Overview and Responsibilities
This is an interim leadership opportunity.
The role requires an expert Epic IT subject matter expert with IT leadership experience with an emphasis on revenue cycle applications.
Deliver an exceptional client experience and translate current state and future state related to various Epic applications.
Provide leadership and support to the IT team, staff and managers
Ensure projects performed for client meets leadership and health system expectations
Bring a hands-on approach working with the clients’ current large, complex projects to ensure progress and sustainability.
Provide effective reporting to senior health system leadership
Qualifications and Desired Skills
8 plus years leading and supporting Epic applications.
Significant Epic applications, preferably in Revenue Cycle.
People leader, experience working with and leading IT and financial teams
Experience with Epic implementations and systems upgrades
Previous experience as a director of Epic applications at a large integrated health system or been in IT leadership role with revenue cycle understanding
Experience working with senior leadership in IT, health systems operations, finance
Effective presenter and communicator
Strong business acumen with the ability to quickly understand buyer challenges

Duration: 4 to 6 months(with extension options)
Work Model:On client site and some hybrid (on-site presence is required at least initially for team and executive meetings).
