Required Qualifications:
8+ years managing large-scale security, data governance, or technology transformation programs
Experience leading enterprise security or regulatory remediation initiatives in environments operating under SAFe or comparable scaled Agile frameworks
Proven experience in healthcare or other highly regulated industries (HIPAA, SOX, financial services)
PMP required; PgMP or SAFe Agilist (SA) strongly preferred
Demonstrated expertise establishing portfolio governance frameworks and reporting structures
Strong proficiency with ServiceNow as a portfolio management system of record
Experience managing concurrent workstreams with complex cross-functional dependencies
Executive-level communication skills and comfort presenting to C-suite audiences
Key Responsibilities:
Establish and maintain portfolio governance structure across 8-10 active workstreams
Align portfolio initiatives with business objectives and oversee quarterly planning sessions
Identify cross‑portfolio risks and dependencies and develop mitigation strategies and escalation paths.
Oversee resource demand vs. capacity across the portfolio.
Operationalize ServiceNow as centralized tracking and reporting platform
Implement standardized weekly executive reporting cadence
Support executive steering governance and decision making
Track resource allocation, issues, and milestones at portfolio level
Engagement Details:
Duration:12–18 months (initial 6-month commitment with extension options)
Work Model:Hybrid preferred (on-site presence required for periodic executive meetings, not more than once per month)
