SUMMARY:

Epic Healthy Planet and Compass Rose systems analyst to support the development, configuration, and implementation of medium to large-scale initiatives within the Population Health domain. This role will work together with project teams, operational stakeholders, and organizational leadership to define project scope, execute system build and validation, and provide support during the implementation process.

Duration: 6 month contract with expected extension

Qualification Requirements:

● Epic Healthy Planet and/or Compass Rose Certification

● Minimum of 3 years of hands-on Healthy Planet and/or Compass Rose build experience

● Strong understanding of Compass Rose end-to-end workflow

● Strong documentation and organizational skills

● Excellent verbal and written communication skills

● Ability to manage multiple priorities within structured timelines

Preferred Requirements:

● Knowledge or experience working with billing-related workflows and revenue cycle processes

● Experience supporting Epic Healthy Planet and/or Compass Rose module implementations

Hourly range: $70-$85 per hour. The hourly range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skills, experience, training, licensure and certifications, practice area, and other business and organizational needs.
