Job Description:
As the first ML hire, you will build the data and machine learning flywheel for an AI platform automating safety-critical regulatory tasks. You will develop custom algorithms and robust MLOps infrastructure to transform complex compliance documentation into a strategic advantage, directly impacting how life-saving medical innovations reach patients globally.

What you will do:

• Design and implement end-to-end MLOps and DataOps frameworks to automate the ML lifecycle, including CI/CD and monitoring.

• Develop production-grade agentic, RAG, and multi-agent solutions using the latest Large Language Models and document processing techniques.

• Build scalable data pipelines and backend infrastructure using Python, FastAPI, and vector databases to support complex regulatory workflows.

The ideal candidate:

• Has 4+ years of experience in ML engineering with deep expertise in productionizing NLP, LLMs, and complex data pipelines.

• Demonstrates a strong "0-to-1" startup DNA, thriving in ambiguous environments with high agency and independent decision-making skills.

• Possesses technical proficiency in Python and MLOps tools, with hands-on experience in cloud infrastructure and modern database architectures.
