Job Description:
You will own the patient and clinician experience for an AI-first medical practice, building the actual interfaces where healthcare happens. Working alongside a clinical team, you will design and implement real-time streaming UIs, medical record systems, and clinician dashboards. Your work directly impacts patient outcomes through sophisticated AI-driven diagnosis and treatment tools.

What you will do:

• Build intuitive patient-facing interfaces for real-time AI-powered medical conversations and history.

• Design and implement efficient clinician dashboards for managing lab results, prescriptions, and care plans.

• Collaborate with the clinical team to create seamless UX for human-in-the-loop AI supervision.

The ideal candidate:

• Has 3+ years of experience building production applications with React, TypeScript, and modern styling tools.

• Possesses a strong product sense with experience building consumer-facing health or real-time streaming applications.

• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and is proficient with AI-native development workflows.
