At The Robot Learning Company, we’re unlocking the potential of general-purpose robots. Robots can finally learn from humans - and that makes generally intelligent robots not just possible, but inevitable within our lifetimes. We’re building the foundation for this future, starting with TRLC-DK1: a low-cost, lightweight, learning-native robot developer platform already used worldwide to deploy inference-controlled robots.

About the Role

We’re looking for a robot learning engineer to drive the development and deployment of our robot intelligence beyond the typical behavior cloning stack. You’ll own the full robot learning pipeline: from data operations and training pipelines to self-improving on-robot deployment.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on researcher-engineer with deep expertise in robot learning and a strong intuition for real-world robotics. You combine solid theoretical foundations with practical implementation skills, and have experience deploying learning-based systems on physical robots. If this sounds like you, please apply!
