At The Robot Learning Company, we’re unlocking the potential of general-purpose robots. Robots can finally learn from humans - and that makes generally intelligent robots not just possible, but inevitable within our lifetimes. We’re building the foundation for this future, starting with TRLC-DK1: a low-cost, lightweight, learning-native robot developer platform already used worldwide to deploy inference-controlled robots. Our goal is to become the standard platform that robot intelligence is built and deployed on.
We’re looking for a Robotics Engineer to build, integrate, and deploy robotic systems in the real world. You’ll work across hardware and software to turn prototypes into reliable, deployable robots, contributing to system integration, calibration, testing, and iteration in the field. This is a hands-on role focused on making robots work outside the lab.
The ideal candidate is a pragmatic engineer with strong intuition for real-world robotics and a bias toward shipping working systems. You’re comfortable debugging across the stack, collaborating closely with hardware and ML teams, and improving system reliability over time. If you enjoy building, testing, and iterating on real robots, please apply.
