Ogilvy seeks to recruit a Front Desk Receptionist to our team. The candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing welcoming and professional experience. This position involves managing the front desk, handling phone calls, and providing administrative support.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- 2-3 years of professional experience in office administration, reception, or related role.
- Advanced computer skills and MS Office knowledge.
- Excellent written and oral knowledge of the Greek and English language.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to balance multiple tasks, prioritize properly and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist visitors with a positive and professional demeanor.
- Answer incoming calls and transfer them to the appropriate departments.
- Schedule appointments and maintain the appointment calendar.
- Keep the front desk area clean and organized.
- Manage sign-in and sign-out processes for visitors.
- Receive and distribute mail and packages.
- Provide general administrative support, including data entry and filing.
- Address inquiries from visitors or callers and providing assistance.
