Ogilvy is recruiting a Junior Brand Manager on behalf of a leading multinational FMCG client. The role involves collaborating with the Brand Manager, internal teams, and external agencies to plan, coordinate, and execute integrated marketing initiatives for Greek and international markets. Prior FMCG experience and a structured, detail-oriented approach are essential. This is a client-side role.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in an FMCG environment, with exposure to brand activations, marketing campaigns, and agency collaboration
- Bachelor’s degree is required; a Master’s degree will be considered an asset
- Excellent command of English (written and spoken)
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to collaborate across teams and with external partners
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, able to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
Responsibilities
- Support the Brand Manager in the execution of brand strategies and day-to-day brand activities
- Assist in the planning and implementation of marketing campaigns and brand activations
- Coordinate with external agencies (creative, media, digital)
- Monitor campaign execution and support post-campaign evaluation
- Contribute to internal coordination within the brand team
