Front Office Manager

for the Samos Verde M Gallery by Accor

(season 2026)

We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Front Office Manager who will be responsible for overseeing all Front Office operations; including front desk, reservations, concierge, and valet services, while ensuring adherence to our high hotel standards. This role requires the implementation and maintenance of effective service and management philosophies to guide your team.

About the role:

• Ensure the provision of attentive, courteous, and efficient service in all Front Office functions
• Lead and motivate the on-site Front Office team to deliver consistent and exceptional service
• Responsible for short- and long-term planning and the successful management of the hotel’s Front Office Department
• Develop and recommend budgets, labor cost plans, and objectives, ensuring management within approved guidelines
• Train and mentor team members to align with standard operating procedures and service excellence
• Clearly communicate information and ideas effectively
• Demonstrate agility in evaluating and selecting among alternating courses of action

Requirements

• Proven experience in luxury hotel management, preferably in a Front Office role
• Relevant experience or knowledge of the area is essential
• Strong ability to enhance and sustain high service standards
• A self-starter with a results-oriented and proactive disposition
• Deep understanding of business reporting and financial acumen is necessary
• Exceptional leadership skills to inspire and develop your team while achieving departmental goals. Effective prioritization, planning, organizational, and delegating skills are crucial.
