Full Stack Developer - Team Lead

Arηs Group, Part of Accenture, is looking for an experienced Full Stack Technical Team Lead to reinforce a dynamic team. You will lead the development of complex in-house solutions, ensuring technical quality, coaching the team, and driving best practices across the stack.

Role & Responsibilities

• Acting as senior full-stack developer and technical reference for the team
• Coaching junior and medior developers and performing code reviews
• Designing, developing, and maintaining applications using Java, Angular, SQL, and optional technologies (ng-grid, AWS, Python)
• Analyzing user needs and translating them into efficient technical solutions
• Coordinating development tasks, delegating work, and supporting the Delivery Manager in planning
• Resolving complex technical issues and guiding the team through challenges
• Ensuring software quality, maintainability, performance, and security
• Supervising system modifications, updates, and lifecycle activities
• Conducting security checks and identify areas for improvement
• Communicating regularly with internal stakeholders regarding expectations and progress

Qualifications

Your Profile

• University degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience.
• A true team player, eager to share knowledge and support colleagues.
• Fluent in English, with strong communication and coordination skills.
• Proactive, structured, and able to thrive in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities.
• Strong sense of quality, attention to detail, and problem-solving mindset.
• Customer-oriented, solution-driven, and continuously seeking improvement.

Technical Skills

Solid experience with:

• Java backend development
• Angular frontend development
• SQL (database modeling, stored procedures, optimization)
• Strong understanding of full‑stack architecture and modern development practices.

Knowledge of the following would be considered an asset:

• ng-grid (or similar grid libraries)
• AWS cloud development (Lambda, S3, EC2…)
• Python for automation, scripting, or integration tasks
