As a Full stack JavaScript Developer, you will contribute to the growth and scaling of the engineering team to help deliver a great user experience by engaging directly with our customers on a need basis, proposing technical solutions, and developing it with the help of other team members to build new features across all areas of the product. Hands-on experience utilizing AI tools for code generation to facilitate the integration of AI capabilities into our product features.

Our stack is primarily based on Java and Javascript. We use Javascript, Bootstrap and React on the front-end, and our databases consist of Oracle, Mongo, MySQL, Postgres, and SQL Server.  

Job Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Collaborate with the development team to design and implement robust software components according to architectural guidelines.
• Ensure adherence to architectural principles, coding standards, and best practices.
• Contribute to the development of technical documentation and specifications. 
• Identify and resolve complex technical challenges.
• Analyze and optimize software performance and scalability.
• Review code and provide feedback to improve quality.
• Contribute to the definition and implementation of architectural strategies.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends and do proof of concepts if needed.
• Actively explore emerging technologies, particularly in AI, and conduct proof-of-concepts (PoC) to identify opportunities for product enhancement. 

Must-Have Skills:

• Strong understanding of object oriented software design principles and patterns.
• Proficiency in programming languages and frameworks (e.g., JavaScript, ReactJS, Angular, Node.js).
• Experience with cloud technologies (AWS EC2, RDS, CodeDeploy, Code Artifact, S3, CI/CD, Jenkins), and expertise in databases (Redis, PostgreSQL) and version control (Git, AWS CodeCommit, GitFlow).
• Demonstrated background in Artificial Intelligence or generative models, with a desire to apply these concepts to product development.
• Understanding of software design patterns and best practices.
• Self-driven, excellent communication skills, strong desire to excel and ability to work independently.
• Utilizing and applying robust analytic thinking with the ability to identify, debug, and resolve technical issues.
• Attention to detail and ability to deliver in a fast-paced environment.

Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
