Functional Business Analyst

At Uni Systems, we are working towards turning digital visions into reality. We are continuously growing and we are looking for a Functional Business Analyst to join our UniQue team.

What will you be doing in this role?

• Analyze business requirements, perform functional analysis, and propose/document features.
• Draft related documentation, including business use cases and user stories.
• Ensure alignment between business needs and proposed features through documentation, presentations, and workshops with relevant stakeholders.
• Conduct risk and issue analysis and propose mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with other business analysts, architects, business owners, project managers, and external development teams.

Requirements

What will you be bringing to the team?

• Master's degree in IT with minimum 11 years of relevant experience (or Bachelor's degree and minimum of 15 years relevant experience).
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in functional analysis.
• At least 10 years of experience in IT development.
• Proven methodology for drafting and reviewing business requirements, with extensive experience ensuring deliverables align with initial business needs.
• Extensive experience in release management, including planning, daily follow-up, quality control, and support for the Project Manager.
• Experience in the labor market domain is a plus.
• Proficiency in English language at a minimum B2 level.
