Job Purpose:
This role is key to manage and maintain accurate financial records for the mazeed's clients. This includes recording financial transactions, reconciling accounts, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations in the country servied. Client interaction may frequently be required;
- Perform reconciliations
- Update financial data in a timely manner and ensure that information is accurate.
- Support Senior Accountants by thorough review and daily journal entires checks
- Check and process VAT on sales and purchase invoices using the ERP system to ensure all Business transactions are recorded correctly
- Reconcile Suppliers and Customers’ balances and contact clients and explain their companies’ financial situation
- Respond to client’s inquiries through the company's formal client interaction channels
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you would bring:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance is required
- 3-5 years of accounting experience
- Advisory/Client Interaction background services is a great plus!
- Working knowledge of IFRS
- ERP knowledge
- Fluent English level
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly with Excel.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational and stress management skills
