In this role, you will be pivotal in assisting German-speaking customers navigate the booking process, ensuring they have a smooth and enjoyable experience during their travels.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer support to German-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat regarding car rental bookings, services, and inquiries.
  • Respond to customer questions with professionalism and efficiency, providing accurate information about car rental options and policies.
  • Effectively handle customer complaints and issues, striving to resolve them in a manner that ensures high satisfaction.
  • Document customer interactions in our CRM system, contributing to continuous improvement of our service delivery.
  • Collaborate closely with the operations team to ensure seamless coordination and service delivery.
  • Stay informed about the latest offers, promotions, and industry trends related to car rentals to provide informed assistance.

Requirements

  • Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is advantageous.
  • Previous experience in customer service or support roles, particularly in the travel or car rental industry, is highly preferred.
  • Strong communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to customer inquiries.
