You will be the first point of contact for customers, assisting them with inquiries related to flights, bookings, and travel services, all while providing exceptional support in German.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries concerning flight schedules, bookings, cancellations, and travel policies via phone, email, and live chat in German.
• Assist customers with making, modifying, and managing their flight reservations.
• Provide information on baggage policies, fees, and other travel-related inquiries.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues with professionalism and empathy.
• Document all interactions accurately in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure enhanced customer experiences and service delivery.
• Stay informed about travel trends, company services, and industry regulations to provide accurate information to clients.

Requirements

• Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is highly desirable.
• Previous experience in customer service, ideally within the airline or travel industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Ability to handle challenging situations and provide effective solutions.
