This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about the automotive industry and dedicated to providing exceptional customer support. As a representative, you will assist clients in German, addressing their inquiries and ensuring a positive experience related to automotive products and services.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries related to automotive products, services, and support via phone, email, and chat in German.
• Provide detailed information on vehicle specifications, service plans, and available promotions.
• Assist customers with order placements, status updates, and issue resolution.
• Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for record-keeping purposes.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and effective solutions for customer issues.
• Stay informed about the latest automotive technology and trends to assist customers effectively.

Requirements

• Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English and/or Greek is an advantage.
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably within the automotive industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills focused on customer satisfaction.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to customer inquiries.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with CRM software and general office applications.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
