As a representative, you will assist customers in Germany and German-speaking regions, addressing their inquiries and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer inquiries related to automotive products, services, and solutions via phone, email, and chat in German.
• Provide accurate information about vehicle specifications, pricing, and promotions.
• Assist customers with order processing and service-related questions.
• Resolve customer concerns and complaints promptly, guaranteeing high levels of satisfaction.
• Document all customer interactions clearly and effectively in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance service delivery and follow up on customer requests.
• Stay updated on automotive trends, products, and company offerings to provide informed support to customers.

Requirements

• Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is essential; English language skills are a plus.
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably within the automotive industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented approach.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and inquiries efficiently in a remote work environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the capability to work under pressure.
