Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer inquiries related to cybersecurity products, services, and solutions via phone, email, and chat in German.
• Provide information on product features, technical specifications, and pricing options.
• Assist customers with product setup, troubleshooting, and technical issues.
• Resolve customer complaints and inquiries promptly and effectively to ensure satisfaction.

Requirements
