In this role, you will provide support to clients in German, addressing their concerns and inquiries effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer inquiries related to cybersecurity products and services via phone, email, and live chat in German.
• Assist customers in troubleshooting technical issues and provide guidance on best practices for online security.
• Educate customers on product features, benefits, and usage to ensure optimal protection.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for record-keeping and analytics.
• Collaborate with the technical support team to address more complex issues and improve service delivery.
• Stay informed about cybersecurity trends, threats, and company offerings to provide relevant assistance.

Requirements

• Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the technology or cybersecurity sector.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset.
