You will assist clients in navigating our healthcare solutions and addressing their inquiries, all while working remotely from the beautiful location of Greece.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries related to HealthTech products and services via phone, email, and live chat in German.
• Guide customers through the features and benefits of our healthcare solutions and assist with account access.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Document all customer interactions accurately in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
• Collaborate with the support and technical teams to enhance service delivery.
• Stay updated on health technology trends and product offerings to provide informed customer support.

Requirements

• Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is required; proficiency in English is a plus.
• Previous experience in customer service, ideally in the healthcare or HealthTech industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering excellent customer experiences.
• Proficient in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and general computer applications.
• Willingness to be flexible with work hours to accommodate customer needs.
