Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries regarding product listings, order statuses, and account management through phone, email, and live chat in German.
• Assist customers with issues related to payment processing, shipping, and returns.
• Provide guidance on using the online marketplace effectively and resolving any technical issues.
• Document customer interactions meticulously in our CRM system for accurate tracking and follow-up.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve service delivery and operational efficiency.
• Stay updated on marketplace policies, promotions, and new product offerings to provide accurate information to customers.

Requirements

• Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is advantageous.
• Previous experience in customer service, especially within online retail or e-commerce.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-centric attitude.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently.
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to handle multiple customer inquiries simultaneously.
