Key Responsibilities

• Manage user inquiries related to the social media platform via phone, email, and chat in German.
• Provide assistance with account setup, security, and content management.
• Address user concerns and technical issues while ensuring a positive experience on the platform.
• Document all interactions and feedback in the CRM system for analysis and improvement.
• Collaborate with technical and product teams to resolve complex issues swiftly.
• Stay informed about platform updates, features, and social media trends to provide relevant guidance.
• Promote community guidelines and ensure user compliance in a friendly and professional manner.

Requirements

• Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus.
• Previous experience in customer service, particularly in a tech or social media environment.
• Strong communication skills with a friendly and approachable attitude.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
• Familiarity with customer service software and CRM systems is desirable.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary.
