Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers with inquiries related to sports betting, including account management, betting options, and promotions via phone, email, and live chat in German.
• Provide guidance on using the sports betting platform and explain features, odds, and betting rules.
• Handle complaints and resolve issues with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Document customer interactions and feedback accurately in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance the customer experience and promote responsible betting.
• Stay informed about sports events, betting trends, and platform updates to provide relevant information to customers.

Requirements

• Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.
• Previous experience in customer service, ideally in the gaming or sports betting industry.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
• Passion for sports and knowledge of various sports events and betting terminology.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive, customer-centric approach.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple inquiries.
• Willingness to relocate to Greece and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as necessary.
