As a member of our team, you will assist customers in navigating their inquiries while communicating effectively in German.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries regarding telecommunications services, plans, and devices via phone, email, and chat in German.
• Provide detailed information on service offerings, pricing, and technical support.
• Assist customers with account management, billing inquiries, and service troubleshooting.
• Resolve any customer issues or complaints efficiently, ensuring a positive experience.
• Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system to ensure continuity of service.
• Collaborate with technical teams to escalate issues and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Stay informed about the latest telecommunications trends and company products to support customers effectively.

Requirements

• Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably within the telecommunications industry.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information clearly to customers.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently while managing customer expectations.
• Ability to multitask and handle a high volume of inquiries in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with CRM software and customer service tools is desirable.
• Willingness to relocate or work in Greece and to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary.
