As a representative, you will assist clients with their inquiries and help them make the most of their travel experiences, all while communicating effectively in German.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries regarding travel bookings, accommodations, and hospitality services via phone, email, and chat in German.
• Provide detailed information on travel packages, special offers, and itineraries.
• Assist customers with booking modifications, cancellations, and concerns regarding their travel plans.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly to ensure a positive travel experience.
• Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for efficient follow-up and service improvement.
• Collaborate with travel suppliers and internal teams to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Stay informed about travel industry trends and company offerings to provide accurate information to clients.

Requirements

• Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the travel and hospitality industry.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and assist customers effectively.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a strong customer-oriented approach.
• Ability to manage multiple inquiries and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with booking systems and CRM software is desirable.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as necessary.
