We are looking for a Global Event Manager (H/F) to support and execute A2MAC1’s global event strategy during a key period. This role focuses on operational excellence, coordination, and execution of B2B events across Europe and selected international markets.
The position plays a critical role in ensuring smooth delivery of events while working closely with marketing, sales, and external partners
KEY RESPONSABILITIES
Global Event Planning & Execution
· Plan, coordinate, and execute A2MAC1’s B2B events (trade shows, conferences, customer events, workshops).
· Manage end-to-end event logistics: venue coordination, suppliers, booth setup, materials, and on-site operations.
· Ensure events are delivered on time, on budget, and aligned with brand and business objectives.
Budget & Vendor Management
· Manage and track event budgets in coordination with the marketing team.
· Coordinate with external vendors and service providers (booth builders, logistics partners, agencies).
· Ensure cost efficiency and proper follow-up on invoices and contracts.
Internal Coordination
· Work closely with Marketing, Sales, Product Marketing, and Design teams to align event objectives and content.
· Coordinate event-related materials (booths, presentations, giveaways, logistics assets).
· Support post-event follow-up and feedback collection.
On-site Event Support
· Travel to key events in Europe (and occasionally internationally) to ensure smooth on-site execution.
· Regular travel to our Hary site is required to support event logistics, preparation, and on-site coordination.
· Act as the main operational point of contact during events.
Process & Continuous Improvement
· Contribute to improving event processes, tools, and best practices.
· Support event reporting and ROI tracking in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
Requirements
Professional Background
· 4–6 years of experience in event management, ideally in a B2B or international environment.
· Proven experience managing multiple events simultaneously.
· Experience working with external vendors and agencies.
Skills & Abilities
· Strong organizational and project management skills.
· Hands-on, solution-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail.
· Ability to work autonomously while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
· Comfortable managing operational topics in fast-paced environments.
· Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken); French is a strong plus.
· Willingness to travel as required for events.
Nice to Have
· Experience in industrial, automotive, or technology-driven environments.
· Familiarity with CRM or event tracking tools.
· Interest in branding, booth design, and event experience optimization.
