Scope
Prospect and propose events: Identify conferences and trade shows that align with ValGenesis growth objectives; present recommendations and participate in budget proposals, including project assumptions, constraints, and expected outcomes.Plan and execute ValGenesis-hosted events: Propose event concepts, build project plans (workback schedules, milestones, dependencies), secure required resources, and support smooth, high-impact execution.Manage end-to-end event logistics: Manage budgets, schedules, vendor coordination, shipping, and on-site readiness using project management best practices (risk tracking, issue resolution, and change control).Partner with Field Marketing: Coordinate with regional teams as project stakeholders to support local operations, optimize booth layout, staffing, and attendee engagement activities.Collaborate with Design teams: Manage creative requests and production timelines to ensure event materials (banners, brochures, digital signage, branded giveaways, etc.) align with brand guidelines and are delivered on time.Ensure budget compliance: Track event-related expenses against approved budgets; maintain vendor quotes, POs/invoices, and reconciliation as part of the project documentation.Lead management and follow-up: Manage lead capture workflows during and after events, coordinating with Sales and other Marketing functions to ensure leads are registered, properly attributed, and followed up on according to agreed SLAs.Track and analyze performance: Collect and maintain event metrics to evaluate effectiveness; document learnings and improvement actions as part of post-project retrospectives.Prepare performance reports: Support post-event analyses, ROI summaries, and recommendations; maintain a repeatable reporting cadence and repository of project artifacts

How We Work
Our hybrid schedule is 3 days per week, within a reasonable commuting distance to our Lisbon office. We believe that in-person interaction and collaboration fosters creativity, and a sense of community, and is critical to our future success as a company.
