- Integrate sourced components into ODM/JDM/CM partner supply chain systems
- Partner closely with engineering, operations, and product teams to understand technical requirements and drive value-based sourcing decisions
- Stay informed on component markets, supply risks, and technology roadmaps to proactively address supply and demand challenges
- Lead supplier negotiations, including pricing, payment terms, capacity commitments, and long-term commercial agreements
- Support cost control efforts during design reviews, change control processes, and New Product Introduction (NPI) programs
- Develop and maintain sourcing strategies and supplier plans that improve cost, quality, delivery, and supply continuity
- Support material sourcing for new programs, including forward pricing and cost roadmaps
- Partner with Asia-based Supplier Quality Engineering to ensure suppliers meet ongoing cost and quality expectations
- Maintain supplier performance metrics and lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs)
- Support escalation, shortage mitigation, or expediting efforts when required

- CPSM or similar certification preferred
- Fluency in English and Mandarin (written and spoken)
- Strong negotiation and communication skills with suppliers and internal stakeholders
- Highly independent, self-driven, and results-oriented
- Ability to regularly join early-morning meetings (as early as 7:00 AM Asia time) with US-based teams
