Requirements

Required Skills & Experience

Prior experience in Ground Control, Follow Spot Operations, or similar live event lighting roles
Strong understanding of live show cueing and timing
Excellent verbal communication skills (clear, calm, and precise under pressure)
Ability to work in fast-paced live event environments
Familiarity with lighting terminology and follow spot workflows
Strong teamwork skills and professional attitude
Ability to remain focused during long show hours

Preferred Qualifications
