Group Accountant

As a Group Accountant, you will be responsible for preparing our consolidated financial statements and ensuring the financial transparency and integrity of our corporate group. You will play a central role in further developing our consolidation processes, directly contributing to the quality of decision-making in the finance department. What You'll Do

• You will have primary responsibility for preparing the segment consolidated financial statements under IFRS as well as the group financial statements, including the management report, under German GAAP (HGB).

• You will independently carry out monthly, quarterly, and annual closings as part of the group consolidation process under HGB and IFRS.

• You will ensure proper recording of intercompany transactions and intra-group eliminations.

• You will be responsible for consolidation in Lucanet, including data management, reporting, and quality assurance.

• You will serve as the central point of contact for accounting and valuation questions for group companies, management, and auditors.

What You'll Bring

• Successfully completed degree in economics with a focus on accounting, group reporting, finance/controlling, or a comparable qualification.

• Proven strong knowledge in preparing consolidated financial statements and administering closing processes, ideally using Lucanet or similar software.

• Solid knowledge of HGB and IFRS, along with advanced Excel skills.

• Structured, detail-oriented, and proactive work style, with strong analytical thinking and excellent numerical understanding.

• Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken.
