Senior Warehouse Manager

As the Senior Warehouse Manager, you will own the operational and financial performance of our Chalgrove facility—ensuring accurate inventory, efficient workflows, and a safe, high-performing environment that supports fast, reliable delivery for our customers. This role combines strategic oversight with hands-on leadership, directly shaping the quality and speed of our U.K. supply chain.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and optimize daily warehouse operations, ensuring seamless inbound, outbound, and storage processes.

• Oversee inventory accuracy by managing forecasting, stock levels, and cycle-count routines.

• Coordinate all logistics activities, including shipments, container unloading, and vendor deliveries.

• Ensure high-quality outbound fulfillment through effective picking, packing, and shipping workflows.

• Build, train, and develop a high-performing warehouse team while maintaining strict safety and compliance standards.
  

What You’ll Bring

• 3–5 years of experience in warehouse management or operational leadership within a fast-paced environment.

• Strong expertise in logistics, inventory control, and warehouse management systems.

• Proven ability to motivate teams and foster a culture of safety, accountability, and operational excellence.

• Solid understanding of compliance, quality standards, and continuous improvement practices.

• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills with a practical, hands-on mindset.
