Team
Our Growth team helps maximize the potential of each Voodoo product (games, apps) within the ecosystem. The team is split into several job expertise such as user acquisition, ad monetization, video ads, playable ads, and influencer marketers. Being part of the Growth Team at Voodoo requires a lot of operational excellence and creativity in order to constantly adapt ourselves to stay ahead of the rest of the market.
Role
AI Playable Pipeline Development: Improve and scale our AI-powered playable generation system. This includes refining AI agents, improving the structure of playable templates, and optimizing the documentation and workflow used to generate HTML playables across different games.
Playable Production: Generate, test, and iterate playable ads, ensuring they deliver clear gameplay, strong hooks, and high conversion potential while respecting technical constraints.
Creative Optimization: Analyze high-performing video creatives and translate their winning mechanics, hooks, and visual dynamics into interactive playable formats.
Performance Analysis: Monitor playable performance metrics and propose improvements based on data insights, creative experimentation, and rapid iteration cycles.
Profile
Education: Looking for an intern available within a month with a genuine interest in Gaming, AI tools, and Digital Advertising.
Skills: Strong knowledge of HTML and basic JavaScript. Familiarity with AI-assisted workflows, automation tools, or game engines is a plus. Analytical and structured thinker with curiosity for creative systems, tooling, and process optimization.
Work Style: Comfortable experimenting, building prototypes, and iterating quickly in a fast-paced environment. Strong ownership mindset and ability to translate ideas into working prototypes.
Languages: Professional English (written and spoken). An additional language is a plus.
