We’re looking for a Growth Engineer (Mobile / React Native) with a strong growth/product mindset to join their small, high-impact team. This is not a typical developer role, it’s a unique opportunity to own the entire technical growth stack and have a direct impact on revenue, conversion rates, and user engagement.
Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end conversion funnel, from landing pages to checkout
Build and A/B test dynamic pricing, signup flows, and questionnaires
Implement and manage server-side tracking and marketing integrations (GA, Meta CAPI, AppsFlyer)
Route event data into BigQuery and collaborate on growth reporting
Work closely with Product & Marketing on experiments and lifecycle strategies
Deliver impactful features fast and iterate based on performance
Requirements
Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Full-Stack Developer in a fast-paced B2C or product environment
Strong experience with mobile applications (React Native), including in-app event tracking and mobile attribution, is critical for this role.
Backend experience with Node.js and MongoDB
Hands-on experience with marketing analytics, pixels, and event tracking
Experience running A/B tests and working with marketing teams
Ownership mindset and product intuition
Will be a plus
Background with BigQuery or data warehouses
Familiarity with Optimizely, LaunchDarkly, or custom experimentation frameworks
Experience with Python or other scripting languages
CI/CD and DevOps familiarity
