We’re building the world’s leading cross-border fintech for emerging markets - empowering families, fueling local economies, and changing how millions access financial services.
Since our launch in 2019, we have transformed how money moves across borders with our operations spanning 6 out of 7 continents and covering both the busiest and most underserved (remittance) corridors. We tapped into a massive shift - from banks to phones - bringing digital finance to places where traditional systems never reached. The next stage of growth will fuel a network of services and products especially designed to make money more accessible to diaspora communities including local cards, and additional savings and payments features.
We’re growing fast, backed by world-class investors, and scaling a product that blends real world impact with cutting edge fintech innovation.
Here’s a little more:
Founded by Harvard grads and 3-time founders who previously built Segovia (acquired) and GiveDirectly (>$300M revenue, fastest-growing NGO in the world)
Backed by top investors including Spark Capital, Canaan, Reid Hoffman, Breyer Capital, Unbound, Wamda, and more
Built by global top performers from Bain, Google, McKinsey, Uber, Checkout, Bolt, and beyond - we move fast, stay humble, and care deeply about our mission
Truly global team - 250+ people, 50+ nationalities, 50+ languages
Guided by our values - ownership, impact, humility, and heart - in deed, not just word
We are looking for a seasoned growth and partnerships professional to lead TTS's expansion across South Asian communities in the US — spanning Indian, Pakistani, Bangladeshi, Nepali, and Sri Lankan diaspora markets.
Reporting to the Head of South Asia, you will own the full growth strategy for the corridor — from building high-value partnership ecosystems to driving customer acquisition and long-term retention. This is a role for someone who brings an existing network, commercial instincts, and the ability to move fast in a high-growth startup environment.
Partnerships & Business Development
Identify, negotiate, and close strategic partnerships with community organisations, ethnic media, cultural associations, religious institutions, and remittance-adjacent businesses (travel agents, grocery chains, money exchanges) across key US cities
Build and manage a structured partnership pipeline, tracking deal value, activation timelines, and revenue impact
Develop co-marketing and referral arrangements that drive measurable customer acquisition at efficient CAC
Represent TTS at senior levels with external partners, acting as the face of the corridor
Growth Strategy & Execution
Design and execute a multi-channel growth strategy across the South Asia corridor, combining offline community activations, digital campaigns, ambassador programmes and influencer partnerships
Source, onboard and manage a network of community champions and brand ambassadors, setting clear KPIs and maintaining ongoing engagement
Lead localised campaign planning across communities, ensuring cultural relevance and message resonance
Monitor competitive activity and identify whitespace opportunities across communities
Data, Financials & Performance
Build a test-and-learn framework across acquisition channels, using data to double down on what works and kill what doesn't
Report regularly on growth metrics, partnership performance and market opportunities
6–8 years of experience in growth, partnerships, business development or community marketing — ideally within fintech or a consumer startup; serving diaspora communities a plus
A proven track record of building and closing partnerships that delivered measurable commercial outcomes
Deep existing networks within South Asian communities in the US — you are known and trusted in these spaces
Strong commercial acumen — you can connect partnership activity to business results
Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills, with the ability to operate credibly at a senior level
Highly organised with strong project management skills; comfortable running multiple workstreams simultaneously
Entrepreneurial, resourceful and comfortable with ambiguity
