As Growth Marketing Lead, you’ll be responsible for developing and maturing the company’s marketing-to-sales pipeline engine, driving structured demand generation and measurable revenue contribution in close collaboration with marketing and sales stakeholders.
This is a senior individual contributor role responsible for building structured demand generation processes, improving funnel performance, strengthening marketing and sales alignment, and scaling revenue contribution.
This role complements the Marketing Data & Performance Manager, who owns performance infrastructure and channel execution.
Your responsibilities
Own marketing’s contribution to qualified pipeline and revenue, translating revenue targets into structured demand generation plansIdentify and scale growth opportunities beyond current paid search and SEO, considering geographic realities and prioritiesDefine growth priorities and an experimentation roadmap in partnership with the Marketing Data & Performance ManagerSet strategic direction for channel investments and funnel optimization initiatives to improve efficiency and outcomesDesign, document, and operationalize the end-to-end marketing-to-sales funnel, including lifecycle stages and qualification criteria with SalesIdentify funnel bottlenecks and drive systematic improvements through structured experimentation and repeatable campaign planning/performance reviewsServe as the primary marketing counterpart to Sales - building shared pipeline visibility/reporting, feedback loops, improved attribution, and forecasting collaborationPartner with Product on positioning and launches, while maturing the function via automation (e.g., email), lifecycle marketing, segmentation, performance visibility, and training
Your profile
7+ years of experience in B2B growth marketing or demand generationDemonstrated experience building and scaling structured marketing funnels in a maturing company; can be a startup or a scaleupExperience working in complex, technical B2B sales environmentsStrategic thinker with an ability to identify challenges and implement solutions independentlyStrong communicator with an ability to influence and align stakeholders across different functionsFluent in English; other languages are a plus
